This is what the French affectionately refer to as 'andouette'. Word to the wise, unless you ENJOY being a fear factor contestant--avoid it!!! I got this description off the Fodors travel web page. "Andouillette consists of long strips of pig stomach cooked with seasoning (onion, parsley, other herbs) inside a length of (washed) large intesting of a pig. The whole of it is cooked for several hours. A lot of French people like it, but a lot of French people don't like it, either. It's essentially pig stomach + pig large intestine, cooked with seasoning."

And, for those of you who have been clamouring to find out what my computer looks like. Don't hate it 'cause it's beautiful.

Another shot of Paris, from Sacre Coeur.

A shot of Sacre Coeur from the back. Photoshopped a little (it's 3 a.m. don't expect it to be perfect people!)

From the Louvre, my fav painting. At least, one I didn't mind so much. Of course, it's of RETREATING french ships...

And, somehow, at the most inopportune moment, I happened to snap a shot of the front of Sacre Coeur, just as a bird flew by. Oops.
