This is what the French affectionately refer to as 'andouette'. Word to the wise, unless you ENJOY being a fear factor contestant--avoid it!!! I got this description off the Fodors travel web page. "
Andouillette consists of long strips of pig stomach cooked with seasoning (onion, parsley, other herbs) inside a length of (washed) large intesting of a pig. The whole of it is cooked for several hours. A lot of French people like it, but a lot of French people don't like it, either. It's essentially pig stomach + pig large intestine, cooked with seasoning."
And, for those of you who have been clamouring to find out what my computer looks like. Don't hate it 'cause it's beautiful.

Another shot of Paris, from Sacre Coeur.

A shot of Sacre Coeur from the back. Photoshopped a little (it's 3 a.m. don't expect it to be perfect people!)

From the Louvre, my fav painting. At least, one I didn't mind so much. Of course, it's of RETREATING french ships...

And, somehow, at the most inopportune moment, I happened to snap a shot of the front of Sacre Coeur, just as a bird flew by. Oops.

Okay, I know I normally only post when I have pictures to share but since I don`t even know how to work this keyboard, I`m not going to worry about it. (That was a challenge to type. Wanna know why the French have so much trouble with the US? It is because they don`t use a qwerty keyboard like normal people, In the next post I will include a pic) Until then here is how my post would appear without the adjustments made to use this French garbage keyboard.

So, earlier I tried to post some links--that didn't work so well, and the files were so large the server kept freaking out. Here they are, in miniature. As well as a couple others. The last shot is of an abandoned pier looking from Manhattan into New Jersey.
This arch was erected in commemoration of the centennial of George Washingtons' inauguration

A trycicle built for 7. How cool is that!

Of course, everyone knows the Statue of Liberty.

The Manhattan skyline, on approach into New Jersey Newark airport

And finally, it's just a cool shot.
