A few pictures from sunset last night.
Our base here in Hassi Messaoud is very close to the airport so we hear 4-5 planes flying over every day. Notice the fence around the tennis court in the center/bottom of the pic.
A couple pieces of our equipment that are being used as spare parts... Kind of looks like the desert, doesn't it?
This is the courtyard where a lot of the social life here in takes place. The first door on the left is the cafeteria, then there's the TV/Pool table room, farther away is a small bamboo hut, next to a pool and the log is next to the fire pit. Not a bad place to be for a few days!
And, finally, home sweet home.
